On the day of the engagement, a woman claiming to be Rajiv's child-hood betrothed shows up, makes a successful plea to Ranvir, and gets the engagement annulled. When Dr. Ghunghroo finds out that Rajiv and Sanjana have fallen in love with each other, he decides to accept Sanjana into the family on the condition that Uday gives up on crime. Rajiv and Sanjana attempt to get Uday to take up acting in a Bollywood movie - with considerable success - so much so that Uday has no time for crime. Things get complicated when Ranvir's son, Lucky, gets wind of Rajiv's scheme and arrives in India with one mission - get Uday back on track with crime - and if necessary do away with Rajiv - once and for all.

They find out that there is a new girl, Ritu Tripathi, in the neighborhood, who is on the lookout for her missing brother, Rahul. The foursome con her into believing that they are Rahul's friends and befriend her. Pankaj even re-names himself Jai, her fiancée, not for long though as she soon finds out that the truth after she meets with Sophie, the woman her brother was supposed to marry, and decides to complain to the Police. Before the Police could arrest the hapless foursome, they are abducted by a gangster named Zikomo, who wants them to return his, of all things, drum (dhol). Watch how the foursome attempt to hilariously wiggle out of this tough spot even as the Police, Martand's uncle and other goons close in on them.

Mistaking them for real police officers, the residents welcome them and even prepare a feast for them. They decide to make themselves at home - not realizing that soon they will not only be pitted against the police - but also Durjan - who had killed two men just to steal their video camera; looted two villages to purchase an antique car; and set fire to this town's Police Station, killing nearly all policemen - and is all set now to confront and do away with them.

Four slackers and con-men namely: Boman Contractor, who lives a wealthy lifestyle with his eccentric dad, Nari, who loves his antique car more than his son, and asks his son to leave when he damages the car; hot-headed Aditya and dim-witted Manav, orphaned brothers; and Deshbandhu Roy, a trickster who wears a magnetized belt; share a room with a lenient landlady, who eventually gives up on them and kicks them out. After a number of con tricks, the group are arrested by the Police, but released in the countryside. At this point they witness a car plummet down a cliff, with it's sole occupant, Bose, an underworld don, who, before dying, tells them that he has hidden 10 Crore Rupees in cash in the St. Sebastian's Garden, Goa, and if they find it, it is their's to keep. The group race toward Goa in Contractor's stolen car, little knowing that their plans will soon be foiled, albeit hilariously, by Police Inspector Kabir Nayak, who is angered at this Department for not appreciating his honesty, and is instead penalizing him by transferring him to Yavatmal; a bus hijacker-cum-bandit named Baabubhai, who holds Deshbandhu hostage, and Nari Contractor, who wants the money to repair his now completely damaged car. All want an equal part of the bounty, and each and everyone of them will do anything, even break-up their friendship, rules, laws, and regulations in order to try and keep the cash for themselves, and eventually end up in a race, using a wide assortment of vehicles, and even an airplane, with the winner(s) keeping the entire amount for themselves.

Despite being engaged to Anushka (Sonal Chauhan), Karthik (Ram) goes to an extent to impress Divya (Rakul Preet) in an attempt of convincing her to withdraw the case. However Karthik (Ram) reveals his actual purpose of coming to India later as he is the son of Bhupathi's (Sampath Raj) sister, who has been staying away from family for twenty five years. Divya's father (Sampath) and his 3 brothers abandon their respective wives and send them back to their house to live with their own brother Sai Kumar. All this, because Sai Kumar refuses to marry Sampath's only sister. But again, that is a sacrifice by Sai Kumar because Sampath's sister herself confesses that she is in love with someone else. Sampath's sister turns out to be Ram's mother. After seeing the fight of Karthik (Ram) in attempt to save Divya (Rakul Preet) from brawlers, Bhupati (Sampath Raj) meets karthik(Ram) for marriage proposal with Divya (Rakul Preet). Karthik then goes to her village to reunite the family against all odds and marry Divya (Rakul Preet). Eventually,karthik (Ram) reunites the family which were separated for 25 years and marries to Divya (Rakul Preet) bringing Pandaga(Festival) for the family.
